Do a Legger. The phrase is Irish slang for leaving swiftly from a sticky situation. The 4-year-old gelding, a winner at Parx in October for Hibernia Farm and trainer Ned Allard, is by Run Away and Hide out of Long March.

 

Save This Dance. The 4-year-old filly, bred in Pennsylvania by Gum Tree Stables and owned and trained by Michele Sanger, is by Dance With Ravens out of Layaway Plan.

Winnie Bay Go. Say it fast. The 4-year-old filly is by Sightseeing and finished second at Laurel in her first start for owner Dana Ingram and trainer Damon Dilodovico in December.

Maginot Line. A Charles Town runner trained by Timothy Grams, the 4-year-old filly is by First Defence out of Dijon. If you paid attention in world history class, the Maginot Line was a defensive system built by France along its border with Germany in hopes of preventing an attack.
